Our Story
Established in 1953, St. Catherine Football Club, Eraviputhenthurai has been the heartbeat of football in our coastal village for over 70 years.
Nestled along the Arabian Sea in Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, our club was born from the passion of local youth and is proudly associated with St. Catherine's Church and St. Catherine Library.
Every year, we organize the prestigious All India 5-a-side One Day Football Tournament — a grand celebration of skill, teamwork, and village pride. The 38th edition was held on 20 June 2025, and we are now gearing up for the 39th edition on 27 June 2026.
More than just a club, St. Catherine FC brings together families, fosters young talent, and keeps the spirit of football alive in our fishing community. From dusty village grounds to memorable matches under the evening lights, this is where dreams are chased and lifelong friendships are made.
